Our Waterview Studios* are located on the Beach overlooking the Marina or Lagoon (with our 1 Bedroom Apartments).
Each room features a private balcony with Marina or Lagoon view, open plan room with 1 x King Bed or 2 x Singles, Lounge area with 1 x Sofa Bed (kids up to 17yrs stay free), Kitchenette (with microwave, sink, 2 x gas hot plates & 3/4 size fridge) Marble Bathroom with separate shower, bathtub, double sinks, separate toilet. Ceiling fans, air-conditioning, insect screens. Maximum Occupancy is 3. Small Weber BBQ is available for hire (must be in advance and for duration of stay).

Our 2 Bedroom Family Suites are Interconnecting 1 Bedroom Apartments & Waterview Studios overlooking the lagoon and are perfect for larger families or groups of friends who want more space.
Featuring 2 marble bathrooms, 2 kitchenettes, 2 balconies and 2 living areas. Bedding includes 2 x Kings or 4 x Single Beds & 3 x Sofa beds. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, insect screens, 2 x TV's. (Kids up to 17yrs stay free). Maximum Occupancy is 7. Small Weber BBQ is available for hire (must be in advance and for duration of stay).
2 Bedroom Beachfront Lodge

Located on the Beach overlooking our Marina and Lagoon areas our 2 Bedroom Beachfront Lodges feature direct beach access and are perfect for families wanting more room and larger self catering facilities.
Bedroom 1 features a King Size Bed and bedroom 2 has 2 x Single beds. There is also a SOFA bed in the lounge (children up to 17yrs stay free). The full size kitchen features 4 gas hotplates, sink, microwave, fridge and plenty of bench space. The large decks overlook the beach and Lagoon or Marina. All lodges have Marble Bathrooms with twin vanities, separate shower and bath and separate toilet. Ceiling fans, air-conditioning and insect screens. Maximum Occupancy is 5. Medium or Large Weber BBQ is available for hire (must be in advance and for duration of stay).
2 Bedroom Eco Lodge

Nestled in the forest area between the resort and surf beach our 2 Bedroom Eco Cabins are perfect for families or groups wanting privacy and seclusion. Please note the our Eco Cabins are located 1.5km from the reception, restaurant and pool areas so are only suitable for guests happy to ride or walk everywhere.
There are 2 designs of Eco Cabins, some are single level, featuring 2 bedrooms + sunroom & 1 bathroom, others are split level featuring 2 bedrooms + loft (with single bed) & 2 bathrooms (Kite Eco Cabins). Bedding is 1 x Queen, 2 x Singles + sofa bed or single bed in loft. Cabins feature kitchens, dining area, lounge area with gas heaters, simple bathrooms with separate showers. Ceiling fans, insect screens but no air-conditioning. Eco cabins are a more basic standard than our other room types. Maximum occupancy is 5. Medium or Large Weber BBQ is available for hire (must be in advance and for duration of stay).
4 Bedroom Broadwater Villa

Our 4 Bedroom Broadwater Villas are large 2 storey Holiday Homes located within the main resort area overlooking the water.
Perfect for large groups and families or even 2 families sharing, they feature large kitchens, dining table, 2 lounge areas, 2 Marble Bathrooms each with twin vanities, separate shower, bath and toilet, large deck with canal views. Villas have insect screens, gas fireplace/heaters, air-conditioning, ceiling fans. Maximum occupancy is 8. Medium or Large Weber BBQ is available for hire (must be in advance and for duration of stay).
